Overview
About the course
The Working Group on Legal and Accounting Services of the Committee on the Future Economy (CFE) identified restructuring as one of the high growth practice areas for the region which can help drive demand for Singapore’s legal and accounting services.
It was recommended that strengthening the quality of insolvency professionals based in Singapore should be effected through education, continuing professional development and multi-disciplinary training, to grow this pool and deepen expertise in handling complex cross-border restructuring work. This Insolvency and Restructuring course is offered at Singapore Management University.
