- This course does not have a sector or functional focus, but members of teams responsible for Middle and Back Office processes and operations in service-based organisations, commercial or government, should find the content covered particularly valuable.
This course has been designed to be an introduction to automation with Microsoft Power Platform. As such, no prior technology skills are expected. However, familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools would be beneficial (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
