What you will learn
By the end of the Human-Computer Interaction course offered by Hokkaido University, we expect participants to be able to:
- explain the brief history of human-computer interaction
- describe the user-centered design and explain why it is important and useful
- apply simple ideation and prototyping techniques to design new interfaces
- describe basic human abilities related to how they use technology
- apply simple evaluation techniques to evaluate their interfaces
- describe the basic challenges faced by Human-Robot Interaction.
