Upon completion of this Bundle - Agile Delivery and Project Management from the RMIT University, you'll walk away with two practical projects that will demonstrate your learning and allow you to effectively lead Agile teams and execute successful projects with agile.
Bundle outcomes
Agile Delivery
- As part of this course, you will explore the strategic mindset and principles of Agile to produce one final project. You will present your findings, plan and develop recommendations for closing the gaps between your organisation's current and desired Agile fluency.
- By the end of this course, you will have completed one final project demonstrating how to strategically plan and lead a team through an Agile project delivery. Upon completion, you will have the skills to effectively implement Agile methodologies as a project management tool into your team or workplace.

- Examine and perform sprint planning and project walls
- Prioritisation models
- Identify change management and continuous improvement strategies
- Perform agile reporting and measurement
- Evaluate effective project retros
