Overview
As the world moves towards greater awareness of individuals' and organisations' impact on the environment and society, corporations can no longer stay in the dark regarding sustainability and social impact. Through our Sustainability and Social Impact course, you’ll analyse how sustainability is critical to an organisation’s operations and strategy. You’ll select relevant social impact approaches and justify your rationale for embedded change within your organisation. As an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) advocate, you’ll develop short, medium, and long-term goals to ensure continuous improvement in your sustainability roadmap.
This Sustainability and Social Impact course offered by RMIT Future Skills has been designed with leading partners Deloitte, Thankyou, and Humanitech so you can be assured that the course content is aligned with industry best practices and industry leaders in sustainability.
How it works
During this course, you will analyse how sustainability is critical to an organisation's operations and strategy. You'll select relevant social impact approaches and justify your rationale for embedded change within your organisation. As an ESG Advocate, you'll develop short, medium, and long - term goals to ensure continuous improvement in your sustainability roadmap.
During your final project, you will present a five-minute ESG strategy pitch. Your pitch will be targeted toward a chosen audience of key decision-makers or influence in your chosen organisation.
