What you will learn
After completion of the Programme in Project Management (Weekender) offered by University of Pretoria, delegates will be able to:

- Use financial methods to assess a project as an investment;
- Explain the benefits and limitations of systems such as MSProject and others;
- Apply the principles of project quality management;
- Professional recognition and articulation.
