Overview
Key facts
Tomorrow’s successful leaders need to add a dimension of coaching today to accompany their people in finding resources within themselves in a judgement-free environment so they can unlock their own potential to maximise overall performance. When managers become coaches, rather than bosses, they transform into leaders who bring out the best in every team member.
With a specific theme each, the first three modular sessions build up your competences and confidence in having solid coaching conversations.
In small breakout groups, you practice the use of the newly learned concepts and tools with an emphasis on identifying resources for finding solutions to actual workrelated challenges. The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management's Leader as Coach final session brings it all together with its focus on team coaching and action planning for high-performance teams.
