What you will study
The 3-Day Mini MBA - Leadership, Influence and Analytics course offered by University Teknologi PETRONAS will provide leaders at all levels with a strategic, high-level understanding of analytics and intelligence. Leadership also requires persuasiveness and influence which the communication is built on the bedrock of confidence, presence, social and emotional intelligence. The course delivery will be conducted in the forms of discussion, workshop and case study for greater application and appreciation.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
