Programme Structure
- By highlighting a range of primary sources, including those held within the Borthwick Institute for Archives at the University of York, the course will expose the centrality of York to the pivotal events and processes that defined modern Britain: the rise of urban identity, religious reformation, industrialisation, and empire.
