Key facts
University of Glasgow's Leading Successful Teams course will teach you the skills you need to create, build and lead successful teams in a range of contexts, including creating new products and services, conducting cutting-edge research, developing new technologies and processes, mobilising resources in crisis situations, and increasing productivity, especially as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. This course will cover key skills such as internal and external recruitment and selection, career development through Upskilling courses, performance and reward management, and learning and development programs. The course material will also provide a foundational understanding of contemporary management theory and practice, as well as a foundation for advanced study in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behavioural Science.
