What you will study
Given the wide variety of rheumatologic disorders, and an ever increasing number of diagnostic procedures and treatment options, it is necessary to provide clinicians with information about strategies for the early diagnosis of these conditions, novel state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, and opportunities to utilize the most effective treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Annual Advances in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatic Diseases symposium offered by Johns Hopkins University will discuss this topic.
Programme Structure
The program focuses on:
- Describe latest techniques in managing psoriatic arthritis patients.
- Identify changes you may make in treating patients with ankylosing spondylitis or non-radiographic spondyloarthritis.
- Discuss the patient with lupus and new treatments
- Recognize new treatments in PMR and other vasculitides.
- Describe the latest in managing inflammatory myositis.
- Identify how Lyme disease is diagnosed and managed, especially Lyme arthritis.
- Discuss the role of CAR-T cells in future therapies.
