The Navigating Your Academic Career from a Position of Strength program offered by Johns Hopkins University includes completing the online CliftonStrengths tool which will be completed prior to the session and will take 40 minutes. A pre-coaching worksheet will be completed prior to your personalized coaching session which will take about 20 minutes to complete to maximize your session.
