- Devising review questions that are relevant and likely to impact on practice. You'll select from a range of review design and synthesis methodologies to produce the correct protocol for the question being addressed
- Formulating a review protocol, including consideration of data selection and extraction
- Synthesising evidence that has been found within medical education
- Translating findings into practical advice to support other researchers and teachers
- Appraising systematic reviews in medical education
