What you will study
As law professionals, managing conflict and resolving disputes are key elements of the work that delegates do every day, whether as line managers tasked with resolving disagreements amongst work colleagues or in providing services to your clients. This Mediation Refresher course offered by University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is delivered in a morning and afternoon session, each for three hours, and carries eight CPD points.
