What you will study
In the Korean Beginners course offered by City, University of London , you’ll master the basics of reading, writing and speaking Korean. We’ll introduce you to the Korean alphabet, Hangul, and basic grammar, including adjectives, the SOV sentence structure (subject, object verb) and everyday verbs in past and present tense.
When you learn the Korean language at City, you will mostly focus on practical and real-life situations, from greetings and introductions to discussing past experiences or events. You’ll also explore aspects of Korean culture and etiquette.
We’ve designed our online Korean lessons to be interactive and informal and you’ll get plenty of practice by working in small groups. Start learning with these enjoyable evening classes.
