What you will study
The My Home Life - Leadership Support programme offered by City, University of London works with a wide range of leaders within health and social care.
Our programme consists of a 4-day workshop followed by monthly action learning sets and a completion day. Through this, our trained professional facilitators aim to support you on a journey of personal and professional development, to lead cultural development within your care settings that supports a culture that is relational, personalised, dignified and compassionate.
Programme Structure
The program focuses on:
- Increased resilience, less at risk of burn-out
- Advancement of skills and strategies to drive forward transformational change
- Improvements in staff wellbeing and resident/ family quality of life
- Improved relationships with external agencies
- A calmer more relational environment to live and work
- Evidence of participation in quality scheme recognised highly by the government and CQC
