The content on the day will be delivered via a mixture of PowerPoint presentation, small group exercise and discussion, group feedback and recap/quiz.

- Learn about coaching agreements, the GROW model and goal setting and evaluation.

- Learn when and how to use coaching as an intervention in your practice and gain awareness of when to signpost service users/clients for whom coaching might not be the best intervention.
- Observe a demo of a coaching session followed by a discussion and an action plan.
