  • The aim of the course in Developing Research Capability offered by Middlesex University is to support you to undertake a scholarly inquiry and develop a critical understanding of social science research and its contribution to your professional field of practice. 
  • We use an action based inquiry approach which requires you to engage with your research topic from the beginning. You complete the module over one calendar year by producing a dissertation / research project report.

  • NSA 4050 is for students who have graduated from Middlesex University with a PGDip in Adult Nursing, Mental Health Nursing or Mental Health Practice and who wish to 'top up' to a MSc Nursing Studies or Mental Health Studies.
