Overview
What you will study
To tackle the demands and pressures of today's increasingly complex health care system, health system leaders must continuously invest in their development and in new ways of thinking. In order to keep up with increasing demands, health leaders need to innovate, realize the promise of new technologies and lead change as never before.
The Health Leadership - Achieving Your Potential course offered by University of Toronto will help you increase your effectiveness in driving improvements within your organization as you interact and build relationships with leaders from across the system. You will also learn how successful health leaders design high-performing networks, use tools such as artificial intelligence and big data, and examine behavioural economics opportunities in your organization. By learning about these tools and techniques, you will have a new way of examining challenges to find wins and improve patient outcomes.
