The Rotman-ICD Board Dynamics course offered by University of Toronto aims to set executives up for success by empowering them to act boldly but strategically. Developed in partnership with the Institute of Corporate Directors, the BDP provides practical tools and proven approaches to establish a roadmap for building strong and productive relationships with the board.

- Obtain best practice techniques and learn how to avoid common traps, to consistently drive effective decision-making
- Learn how to establish effective and ongoing management engagement of the board
