General requirements
- This program is for experienced HR executives and CEOs of SMEs and professional services firms who are responsible for HR (including Chief Learning Officers) in their organization or business unit. This includes Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief People Officers, Change Management Officers, Chief Learning Officers, Vice-Presidents.
- A minimum 10-year managerial experience and five years of executive management experience is required. It is also a fantastic opportunity for executives moving into leading HR positions from other parts of the organization, and an excellent next step for executives who have completed the McGill Mini-MBA series, or an MBA or EMBA.
