Overview
This Foundations of Adaptive Project Delivery - Agile Hands-On course from University of Waterloo uses agile simulations, realistic project scenarios, group discussions, and hands-on exercises to teach you how and why to apply adaptive project management approaches. Upon the completion of this course, you will come away with not just project management theory, but the valuable tools and techniques needed to apply these theories to your own work.
