Overview
What you will study
This Drawing Animal Portraits workshop offered by Trent University will start by practicing some of the basics, including creating eyes, noses, mouths, beaks, ears, scales, fur, and feathers. As part of the process, we will look at shading and adding texture to really bring your image to life. In addition, we will discuss how to create a pleasing composition. Finally, you will draw an image using the techniques you learned. You can bring your own photo or use one of the designs provided by the instructor. And, by the end of the course, you will have drawn your very own complete animal portrait.
