What you will learn
This Aquaponics Design Microcredential course offered by Lethbridge Polytechnic will focus on aquaponics grow methods, describing the function of the components of aquaponics systems, as well as describing the advantages and disadvantages of different grow methods under different conditions. Through this course users will learn that aquaponics functions as a complex, integrated system.

- The components that make up aquaponics systems
- The function of these components
- How the components shift in different aquaponics grow methods
- Explain aquaponic grow methods and the pros and cons of each method
- Describe the function of the components that make up fully functional aquaponics systems
- Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different grow methods under different conditions
