Overview
What you will study
Communication context is extremely complex in the workplaces today, challenging managers to “think before they speak” like never before. Context frames the purpose of communication; it is intent, word choice, speed of speech, body language, and intonation that can make or break what you are saying. The Communication Strategies course offered by Lethbridge College will explore topics that are imperative to running a successful organization with motivated and productive employees.
