Most now acknowledge that emotional intelligence is an essential component of effective leadership. However, modern communication is also changing dramatically with virtual workers and virtual teams now far more commonplace. The Personal and Virtual Communication course offered by Lethbridge College will help you take stock of these changes and work to deepen and diversify our personal and virtual communication skills.
