Key facts
This course further explores the contemporary workplace emphasizing intercultural competence and organizational cultures in the context of diversity and inclusion. Students will examine organizational barriers, and power relations that result in inequities in the workplace. Students will investigate change management processes that can build high-functioning, inclusive workplaces that draw on the diverse strengths of all staff members / employees.
