In this final course in the Inclusive Leadership Practices program, the focus will be on defining inclusive leadership strategies for effectively leading and managing organizational change. Students will examine these strategies and reflect on them to support their own growth as effective leaders for inclusion. Students will research the leadership of a current workplace as it relates to the focus on inclusive leadership practices.
