  • Learn what makes a supportive school environment by examining the differences between effective and less successful schools. 
  • Be informed by different approaches to behaviour management in creating a positive school climate. 
  • Understand your students’ psychological needs, and how to establish guidelines and rules for your classroom. 
  • Learn how to foster interpersonal and helping relationships through cooperative learning. 
  • Acquire knowledge and strategies to deal with bullying and harassment.
