What you will study
This Emerging Leaders Program offered by University of Adelaide covers foundational elements of effective leadership, with a focus on taking the leap from theory to practice. As well as face-to-face masterclasses, virtual coaching sessions, and a framework of accountability, you’ll receive a DiSC® profile report to help you understand your leadership style, strengths, and areas for improvement. You’ll connect with and learn from successful leaders—each with their own diverse lived experiences—and leave ready to inspire and elevate high-performing teams.
