Community care workers face various challenges when working with clients who display behaviours of concern such as aggression. Providing professional care to clients who may cause harm to themselves, the worker and/or to others can be difficult and very stressful.
Students of the Dealing With Aggressive Behaviours course offered by CQUniversity Australia will also learn some practical tips and strategies to help deal with challenging behaviours and maintaining positive relationships.
