What you will study
Comic book storytelling follows some common rules and the participants will learn fundamental skills for growing their ideas into a developed comic book story. By analyzing different storytelling methods among U.S., European and Japanese industries, in this How to Write Comic Books course offered by Australian City Design College , students will learn how to organize and develop a script, starting from the synopsis all the way to the final product.
They will write about the movements, actions, expressions and dialogues of the characters in their screenplay in script format. After completing this workshop, participants will know how to use basic tools in Celtx to edit and create a comic book script.
