This individually negotiated module will meet the education and service requirements of advanced practitioners within Trusts where advanced clinical decision making, assessment and examination skills are required and helps support the consolidation of learning in this field of practice.

Programme Structure
Courses include:
- Through reflective practice critically analyse clinical case based discussions (CBD) demonstrate enhanced professional/clinical knowledge to solve complex , unfamiliar and unpredictable problems that present whilst working across professional and organisational boundaries
- Demonstrate synthesis of relevant supporting evidence to enhance established indepth knowledge and competence in the clinical decision making process.
- Consolidate upon and augment advanced clinical skills, whilst demonstrating in-depth knowledge of theoretical and professional issues relating to clinical governance, clinical competence and the provision of safe practice, under the scrutiny and critical appraisal of experts in the field.
