Overview

Reputation management and crisis communications go hand-in-hand. In the fast-moving world of social media, an organisation's reputation can be trashed in minutes. And then everything goes into crisis firefighting mode.

This practical one-day Reputation Management programme at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) on reputation management aims to give you an understanding of why reputation management matters, and how you can build up a reputation as a trustworthy organisation that communicates effectively with its stakeholders.

Who is it for?

This programme is designed for individuals who may have some experience of PR or who are new to the needs of the role. They may be working for charities, pressure groups or small businesses, or in the early days of a career in PR. The two workshops will be of particular use to new businesses who are looking to build up their reputation.
