What you will learn
Upon completion of this Business Resilience course offered by Cranfield University you will:
- Demonstrate a good understanding of internal and external risks your organisation is facing across different scales, from firm and sector level to local, national and international level.
- Identify and select from state-of-art risk tools and techniques appropriate to a range risk and resilience problems.
- Devise risk governance structures, resilience and adaptation strategies, and debate risk management competencies for individuals, organisations and specialists; recognising core features of a ‘risk mature’ and ‘enterprise resilient’ organisation.
- Have access to a number of case studies of well-adapted organisations (of various sizes and sectors).
