Overview
Key facts
Mock audition sessions take place and feedback in the form of constructive criticism, evaluation and advice are given on their presentations along with ideas on how to improve, develop and extend their range to an acceptable audition level. The students also have the opportunity to ask the tutors in-depth questions about their own current personal level and progress needed, and are given suggestions for further study in order that the prospective student is heading in the right direction. The students are given a talk and guidance on the considered requirements they need from the moment they walk into the audition room, presenting themselves in front of a panel and suggestions on maintaining personality, confidence and potential.
University of Surrey's Pre-audition programme will teach you more about this topic.
