Programme Structure
Participants will be immersed in hospital and clinic environments where they will:- Shadow PAs, nurses, and other medical staff during patient consultations, assessments, and treatments.
- Observe clinical procedures and daily routines, focusing on roles directly relevant to nursing and PA responsibilities.
- Participate in discussions on patient care plans, medical decision-making, and team-based approaches to treatment.
- Gain exposure to a variety of patient cases and healthcare challenges, helping to develop a deeper understanding of the profession.
