Overview
Before arriving in Osaka, participants join an online session and complete an on-demand course on career development in Japan. On-site, the OSIP Short-term Career Development Programme offered at Kansai University kicks off with a warm welcome, campus tour, and ice-breaking activities, followed by interactive, project-based workshops on team building, cross-cultural communication, and essential workplace skills.
