The HR and Management course from An Eacademy is tailored to you who want an HR.
Today’s development places increasingly strong demands on knowledge. By studying human resources management at An Eacademy, you will gain the necessary knowledge you need to develop yourself into a better leader. Through the study, you will acquire knowledge to work with human resources matters such as HSE, recruitment and the like.
In addition, our lecturers organize interactive sessions where students can ask questions, join study groups, and engage in discussions with both instructors and fellow students. Lectures are held via Thinkific and typically take place over two days each month, included in the online curriculum.
If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or other reasons, you won`t miss out- all of the meetings are recorded and made available for later viewing.
Career opportunities:
The education qualifies you to apply for management positions in human resources or similar. The education should provide you with solid and basic knowledge in the human resources field, as well as a good theoretical and professional background that will be useful in your work.
