Overview
The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning - Refrigeration programme from Kansas City Kansas Community College includes instruction in diagnostic techniques, the use of testing equipment and the principles of mechanics, electricity and electronics as they relate to the repair of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Career Paths
This programme prepares students to enter the HVAC and refrigeration trades. Any student that enters the KCKCC HVAC program is welcome to continue with Certificate B after completion of the prerequisites of Certificate A. The Certificate B portion of the programme gives students an internship opportunity with local companies.
