You will be taught in specialist art and design studios and supported by the course teacher through practical demonstrations, one-to-one tuition, group discussions and critiques.
Learners are responsible for purchasing their own materials. You may be required to bring some materials to your first and subsequent classes.
Who the course is for
This Introduction to Drawing with Ink and Wash course offered by The University of Edinburgh is for those with little or no experience of drawing.

- Develop ambitious and complex compositions based on both direct observation and secondary sources;
- Apply creative problem-solving and visual storytelling skills to refine a cohesive series of drawings.
