Participants will build body awareness, develop alignment, strength, flexibility and flow, and learn to create theatrical expression through movement - individually, in pairs and as an ensemble. Rooted in body-based principles, the course emphasises play, curiosity and embodied intelligence, helping participants move with greater clarity, confidence and connection.
