Overview
The Technology Assisted Language Learning course at Norwich Institute for Language Education will extend your understanding and critical awareness of the possibilities and challenges offered by digital technologies in language education both now and in the foreseeable future.
The course will explore how ICT in ELT is compatible with current learning theories and how to use the Internet and other technology for creating learning opportunities for students in collaborative situations, for creative work, and for developing learner autonomy.
Outcomes
Upon completion, you will have raised your awareness of the principles underlying the practice of technology-enhanced language education, having explored ways of applying these principles to your own professional context.
