This ILM accredited Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors at Oxford Brookes University offers you the flexibility to study for your ILM qualification by attending half day online workshops while working with clients/volunteers, conducting your own guided reading and preparing assignments.

General requirements
- As this course provides a level 7 qualification which is equivalent to postgraduate level study, you will be expected to reflect and write at this level – this will typically be evidenced by an undergraduate degree or equivalent and/or senior level managerial experience.
You will also need:
- experience in executive coaching/mentoring in a leadership/managerial position
- to be able to identify clients to coach/mentor who are working at a strategic level in organisations.
If you are new to coaching/ mentoring, you are advised to take the ILM Level 5 programme which is also provided at Oxford Brookes University.
