Overview
Introduced through PAS 2035 and required on all TrustMark-funded domestic retrofit projects, Retrofit Coordinators play a central role in ensuring retrofit work is delivered safely, compliantly, and effectively.
They oversee projects from assessment through to completion, helping to protect both property performance and occupant wellbeing while supporting the UK's wider net zero ambitions. TrustMark is the recognised Quality Mark for the energy efficiency sector and compliance with TrustMark and PAS 2035 is required by government-funded schemes.
