Overview
You’ll approach architecture and photography from both an editorial and fine art perspective, giving your work a breadth of content that will appeal to a range of audiences.
You’ll explore local sites of cultural and visual importance and learn how to capture and communicate your experience of these places through making pictures. You’ll discover a variety techniques and methods for making photographs, and then sequence them together to express a personal experience.

On this course, you will:- Improve your understanding of digital photography and the manual settings of your camera
- Explore Nottingham’s history and heritage through photography
- Experiment with abstract shapes, colours and textures
- Use Raw processing and Photoshop to enhance and manipulate your images
- Print your own photographs in a darkroom
- Make a short zine of your work using InDesign
