Overview
Real estate management has many facets; from day-to-day management such as letting property and rent reviews, to the more strategic issues associated with corporate real estate management.
On this Real Estate Management and Agency course at Nottingham Trent University, you'll be introduced to the landlord-tenant relationship and key legislation, together with requirements for corporate, operational and more general management.
You'll study the various legal, physical and financial characteristics, together with the tools and strategies required for successful management outcomes. The process of buying and selling property as a means of developing a real estate strategy will also be covered.

- evaluate practical, legal and financial management operations and complex issues

- You should have a minimum of three years’ professional experience and have the support of your employer to integrate study and projects into your day-to-day work.
- You will probably be employed on significant infrastructure or building works, with experience of developing and coordinating projects.
- If you wish to receive credit, you should also have a 2:2 honours degree in a construction-related subject.
- Applicants with non-standard entry qualifications and/or relevant experience will be considered on an individual basis.
