Learning outcomes
By the end of this Inclusive Leadership course at BPP University you will be able to:

- Explain what stereotypes and unconscious bias are and how to manage own bias
- Understand the different levels of psychological safety in the workplace
- Know how to create a team charter to suppport inclusive practices
- Recognize neurodiversity and apply strategies to support different thinking styles in your team.
