Systems thinking is a critical tool for organisations who want to understand cause and effect more deeply and enable people at all levels to understand “the bigger picture”.

It can help to answer questions such as 'Why do some initiatives succeed and others fail, despite the best of intentions and most detailed business cases?' And, 'How do all the elements interact and how can we use this information to make better decisions in the future?'.
