The ability to respond effectively to stress builds resilience, helping people to deal with the demands of organisational life, increasing productivity and improving career outcomes.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this Psychological Survival Skills - Building Personal Resilience in the Workplace course at BPP University you will be able to:
- Recognise and categorise the stressors that affect you personally and be able to give examples of how they impact your wellbeing
- Explore and analyse how the brain functions under stress and influence your own behavioural and emotional responses

- Apply structured coping strategies to manage workplace stress and demonstrate effective responses to difficult situations at work
